Hunter / Hunted examines issues regarding the cameras’ relationship with becoming a weapon and hunting through the sites in France where it is still a way of life and an important economical factor to agricultural ways of living much as it is (or perhaps used to be) in many areas of the UK. The camera itself is like a weapon as cited by Susan Sontag; the viewer of the photograph becomes implicated through the selection of images that throw into doubt whether the viewer is behind or in front of the camera, hunter or hunted, camera or gun, viewer or victim.

(Oct, 09) New body of work currently being produced so far with the working title 'Threads' which examine the elements of my practice I previously thought were separate but in fact collectively reflect a sense of my own existence. I recall Wolfgang Tillmans' varied work that in some way allows him to invest into his own life by way of subjectivity.
